RMC Custom Drywall LLC is seeking a bilingual Project Manager to lead luxury residential drywall and interior remodeling projects in South Florida. The role combines field supervision with office planning, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality meet high standards across premier homes.

You will coordinate crews, subcontracts, and suppliers, read architectural plans, and communicate in English and Spanish with general contractors and designers. Travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience including field supervision or project management.
• At least 3 years of experience in drywall, metal framing, or luxury residential construction.
• Experience in luxury residential, custom homes, or high-end interior remodeling.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites.

Responsabilités

• Visit and supervise job sites regularly.
• Coordinate workers, foremen, and installation crews; allocate manpower across projects.
• Track daily progress; inspect the quality of framing, drywall, and finishes.
• Resolve technical issues on site.
• Coordinate with superintendents and general contractors; attend construction meetings.
• Prepare and update schedules; review plans and scopes of work.
• Coordinate material orders and deliveries; track budgets and productivity.
• Prepare change orders and progress reports for management.
• Follow up on punch lists and project closeout; coordinate with the administrative office.

RMC Custom Drywall LLC is a South Florida subcontractor specializing in high-end custom homes and luxury interior remodeling. Our scope includes metal stud framing, drywall, and custom architectural interior details. We work with leading general contractors, architects, and designers on projects across Miami-Dade and Broward, including Fisher Island, Coral Gables, Miami Beach, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles, and Coconut Grove.

We are looking for a bilingual Project Manager who can run projects both in the field and in the office. This is not a desk-only role.

Field Responsibilities

• Visit and supervise job sites regularly
• Coordinate workers, foremen, and installation crews, and allocate manpower across projects
• Track daily progress and inspect the quality of framing, drywall, and finishes
• Resolve technical issues on site
• Coordinate with superintendents and general contractors, and attend construction meetings
• Monitor productivity, safety, and schedule compliance

Office Responsibilities

• Prepare and update schedules
• Review plans and scopes of work
• Coordinate material orders and deliveries
• Track budgets, labor costs, and productivity
• Prepare and document change orders
• Prepare progress reports for management
• Follow up on punch lists and project closeout
• Coordinate with the RMC administrative office

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of metal framing, drywall, and finishes
• Ability to read architectural plans and technical specifications
• Experience managing crews, subcontractors, and general contractors
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites

Preferred:

• Prior experience with a framing or drywall subcontractor
• Experience with Procore or similar project software
