Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Project Manager to lead low-voltage deployments in our AI data center environments. You will own delivery from kickoff to turnover, coordinating schedules, budgets, vendors, and quality with senior PMs and engineers.

You’ll oversee scope confirmation, baselines, procurement, risk mitigation, and contractor accountability while driving safe, on-time project completion at data center sites in the United States.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years in data center, mission-critical, telecom, or low-voltage construction.
• Strong schedule and budget management with contractor oversight.
• Excellent on-site issue resolution and clear communication.
• Experience coordinating with field teams and vendors.

Job description

• Deliver low-voltage scopes across Nscale's AI data center deployments, owning day-to-day delivery from kickoff through turnover.
• Manage schedule, budget, vendors, quality, and stakeholder updates while coordinating with senior project managers and engineers.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee the lifecycle of assigned low-voltage projects including scope confirmation, baseline schedule, budget tracking, execution, and closeout.
• Track budgets, risks, and issues, and drive mitigation plans while holding contractors accountable to scope and safety.
• Coordinate with field teams, general contractors, and internal groups to ensure structured cabling and fiber systems are delivered on time.

About You:

• 4+ years of project management experience, including 2+ years in data center, mission-critical, telecom, or low-voltage construction projects.
• Hands-on experience with schedules, budgets, subcontractor performance, and project tracking tools.
• Comfortable on site, able to resolve issues quickly, and known for clear, honest communication.
