We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager Lead to lead a multi-division Salesforce migration and harmonization program within a global manufacturing organization. You will act as the strategic orchestrator and delivery lead, steering a high-stakes, high-visibility transformation across business units and technology platforms. You must bring end-to-end CX (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle) delivery experience, a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, and the soft skills to manage change across cultures, regions, and stakeholder groups.

Occasional travels may be required to the US/Canada or Europe.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of project/program management in CRM area or 3+ years in Salesforce transformations (multi-instance unified architecture);
  • Experience in industrial environments (Manufacturing is a solid advantage);
  • Proven success leading global teams across time zones and business units;
  • Strong grounding in change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR);
  • Full professional proficiency in English;
  • Strategic Mindset: Understand the why behind the what; make smart tradeoffs;
  • Executive Fluency: Able to speak the language of CxOs and line managers alike;
  • Calm in Crisis: Provide stability and focus during high-pressure escalations;
  • Adaptive Leadership: Coach various stakeholders through ambiguity and change;
  • Delivery Ownership: Drive accountability with urgency, clarity, and structure;
  • Relevant certifications (Solution Admin or PM-oriented);
  • Experience managing integration projects (MDM, Data migration, external APIs);
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus;
  • Consulting background (e.g., Accenture, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG);
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies (certification a plus);
  • Tools: Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, MS Project, PowerPoint, Lucid.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of CX solutions (CRM, CPQ, Marketing automation etc.) consolidation and business process harmonization across multiple divisions and solutions;
  • Drive execution across discovery, design, build, and deployment phases, ensuring minimal disruption to operations;
  • Act as Change Management Owner, creating stakeholder alignment, adoption strategies, and communication framework:
    Migration from on-premise CX solution to CX cloud;
    From one CX solution to another CX solution;
  • Transformation of process during the migration/ transition delivery;
  • Own RAID log, risk mitigation, and dependency tracking across global teams;
  • Lead governance: chair program steering committees, phase gate reviews, and status communications;
  • Partner with enterprise architects, product owners, and technical leads to ensure roadmap viability and system alignment.
