Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/CS/Business/PM.
• 7+ years of experience leading complex tech projects.
• Experience managing deliverables, scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, decisions.
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple product teams and partners.
• Experience with Agile teams and product-team operating models.
• Strong documentation, status reporting, facilitation, financial management, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Maintain delivery plans across business, technology, product teams, and vendors while tracking commitments, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions.
• Provide accurate status reporting and delivery visibility using Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, dashboards, and collaboration tools.

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 7+ years of experience leading complex technology projects or programs in a matrixed enterprise environment.
• Experience managing deliverables, scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, change control, testing, deployment, and transition to support.
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple product teams, business areas, technology platforms, or external partners.
• Experience working with Agile teams and product-team operating models, including connecting initiative milestones and deliverables with product-team backlogs, capacity, and delivery commitments.
• Strong documentation, status reporting, facilitation, financial management, and stakeholder-management skills, along with the ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
