Ironwood Design Group is seeking a motivated and talented Project Manager to join our growing Atlanta studio.

What You'll Do
  • Lead landscape architecture projects from concept through construction administration.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
  • Lead the design vision while delivering creative, technically sound, and buildable landscape architecture solutions.
  • Mentor and develop project teams within a collaborative studio environment.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver exceptional projects.
  • Contribute to the continued growth of the firm through exceptional client service, repeat business, and professional engagement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
  • 5-7 years of professional experience preferred.
  • Licensed Landscape Architect or actively pursuing licensure.
  • Experience leading projects through multiple phases of design and construction.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams.
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation and project delivery.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
