Requirements include 6-12+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture (Master's preferred), licensure preferred, and a portfolio submission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture is required; Master's degree preferred.
• 6–12+ years of experience in landscape architecture.
• Portfolio must accompany resume; applications without portfolio will not be considered.
• Licensure preferred but not mandatory.

• Design and technical experience at a high level of accomplishment.
• Exhibits strong conceptual thinking and communicates ideas graphically and verbally.
• Develops and implements creative design ideas with the design team.
• Executes all design process stages and adheres to project goals and standards.
• Maintains awareness of evolving landscape technology.

• Executes drawings for schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
• Handles projects within schedule and budget constraints.
• Experience with marketing pursuits, proposal preparation, and interviews.
• Mentors and leads support staff through the design process.
• Coordinates with partners, colleagues, and consultants across design phases.
• Shows strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
