Job summary

Metric Geo in Warrenton, VA is seeking a Project Manager to lead land development projects, including residential and commercial developments. You will oversee the preparation of construction plans and serve as the main client liaison to ensure clear communication and strong relationships.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in Civil Engineering and a Virginia P.E. license, with 10+ years in civil engineering and 5+ years in project leadership.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Virginia.
• 10+ years of civil engineering experience in land development (residential/commercial).
• 5+ years in project management or leadership roles.
• Proven business development and client relationship experience, including Knoxville-area engagements.

A multi-award-winning, established engineering firm based in Warrenton, VA is looking for a Project Manager tolead their growing team.

• Lead and manage land development projects, including multi-family, residential, mixed-use and commercial projects
