Job summary

Metric Geo in Charlotte, NC, is hiring a Senior Project Manager- Land Development to lead land development projects, including multi-family, residential, mixed-use and commercial developments. Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed P.E. in NC.
• 6+ years in civil land development.
• 1–2 years in project management or leadership.

What we're looking for:

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field and registered P.E in NC
• 6+ years of experience in civil engineering in land development ( residential, master-planned, mixed-use)
• 1-2 years in Project Management or a leadership role is preferred
• Experience with municipal and country project coordination is preferred
