Bohler’s Mechanicsburg, PA office seeks a Civil Project Manager to lead complex land development projects from concept through construction, balancing design quality, client satisfaction, and financial performance.

You’ll serve as the primary client contact, guide multidisciplinary teams, and drive successful delivery of commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments across Central Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of civil/site design and permitting experience in land development.
• Proven success in managing project delivery and client relationships.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience overseeing budgets, contracts, and staff development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater design software.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project delivery, including design, permitting, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Serve as the primary client contact and ensure expectations are met through clear communication and proactive leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Assistant Project Managers and technical staff.
• Oversee financial performance, including contracts, invoicing, and change management.
• Present at public hearings, client meetings, and community sessions as needed.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on business development and account growth.
• Promote quality control, innovation, and continuous improvement within your team.
