Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating engineering projects that involve unique or controversial problems and significantly impact major company programs.

General Responsibilities

1. Plan, coordinate, and direct large or multiple smaller engineering projects with complex features.
2. Lead a team of EITs, designers, and CAD draftsmen to produce construction plans, exhibits, reports, and tables as required by clients. Oversee daily operations and deliverables for projects in residential, industrial, commercial, and public sectors.
3. Analyze project scope, client RFPs, and firm proposals. Organize work and establish procedures to accomplish project goals.
4. Engage in business development, proposal writing, and project management.
5. Apply advanced techniques, theories, and practices in specialized engineering fields and related sciences.
6. Interact effectively with clients and consultants, demonstrating good communication skills.
7. Exercise judgment in evaluating, selecting, and adapting standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.
8. Conduct on-site visits to ensure construction conforms to approved plans and specifications.

Required Education and Licenses

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer

Required Experience

• 6+ years of land development experience
• Ability to build strong relationships
