Project Manager - Land Development & Infrastructure Design

Join ESP Associates, Inc. as a Project Manager - Land Development & Infrastructure Design in our San Antonio office. We are seeking an experienced civil engineer specializing in land development, infrastructure design, and construction documentation for roads, stormwater systems, utilities, and erosion control.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil site/land development projects, including design, permitting, and construction oversight for residential, commercial, institutional, and municipal projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, clients, agencies, contractors, and internal departments.
• Design land development projects using Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D and perform related technical calculations.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations for accuracy and conformance.
• Conduct preliminary engineering evaluations, including cost estimates and quantity take-offs.
• Mentor junior team members and assist in project and staff scheduling.
• Participate in meetings with clients, agencies, and contractors, and conduct site visits with field reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of civil engineering design and project management experience.
• PE licensure or active pursuit, with ability to obtain in Texas.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, ICPR, SedCAD, Hydraflow, WaterCAD, and Autodesk Vehicle Tracking.
• Excellent communication skills and a desire for professional growth.
• Ability to pass drug screening, background check, and maintain a valid driving record.
