Responsibilities

• Manage commercial tenant improvement projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Build, maintain, and expand relationships with clients and industry contacts in the LA market.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, scopes of work, procurement, subcontractor agreements, and cost controls.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and other project documentation.
• Lead project meetings, communicate progress, and resolve issues affecting schedule, budget, quality, or client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with field superintendents and subcontractors to ensure plans and quality standards are met.
• Monitor project performance and reporting using Procore and MS Office.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety requirements, and project specs.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships and generate repeat business in LA.

Job Details

We're seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with hands‑on commercial tenant improvement experience and established client relationships in the Los Angeles market.

The ideal candidate understands the full lifecycle of tenant improvement projects and has built trusted relationships with commercial property owners, landlords, property managers, corporate tenants, brokers, or other commercial real estate professionals. You'll oversee projects from initial planning through final closeout while maintaining strong client communication, controlling costs, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded construction professional who can successfully execute projects while helping strengthen and grow the company's local client base.

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Required: Direct experience managing commercial tenant improvement projects.
• An established network of clients and industry relationships in the Los Angeles commercial construction or commercial real estate market.
• Demonstrated success managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, estimating, scheduling, procurement, contracts, and cost management.
• Experience with Procore and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• A client‑focused, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to develop long‑term relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local project and client meetings.

The Ideal Candidate

We're open to candidates at either the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager level. The most important qualifications are commercial tenant improvement experience, strong project execution skills, and an established Los Angeles‑area client network.
