BOS Project Manager
The position provides oversight, direction, and coordination for all operations and maintenance (O&M) activities at the assigned job site to ensure adherence to contractual objectives. The position supervises and coordinates activities of skilled trades workers engaged in maintaining and repairing equipment, structures, utility systems, buildings, and grounds at the assigned job sites.
The Project Manager shall have a minimum of five years’ experience as a program/project manager of a large multi‑faceted base operations type program with a Bachelor’s Degree that coincides with management or a resume that proves capability of proposed individual. Experience shall cover facility maintenance, municipal services, and environmental compliance regulations. Must have familiarity with Army cost and software data programs.
Must be able to successfully pass as required a federal, state, or local government's background investigation.
