Job summary

Allegiance Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Project Manager for K-12 and local government projects. Take ownership of public-sector initiatives with a well-established contractor backed by solid preconstruction and field teams.

You will lead projects from preconstruction handoff to closeout, own budgets, GMP and lump-sum proposals, and monthly cost projections; manage subs; build the schedule with the superintendent and owners; mentor engineers and foster owner/design team relationships.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years leading construction projects.
• Proven K-12 and/or local government project experience.
• Strong understanding of owner contracts, change orders and project financials.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Preconstruction experience and familiarity with construction management software.

The role

• Manage subcontracting, from scope reviews and buyout to contract execution

What you’ll bring

• 5-8 years leading construction projects, ideally with a BS in Construction Management or Engineering


• Proven K-12 and/or local government project experience


• Strong grasp of owner contracts, change orders and project financials


• Excellent communication and presentation skills


• Preconstruction experience and familiarity with construction management software are a plus
