STV Construction Incorporated is seeking a Project Manager to join our PMCM group in the Tacoma, WA area. You will oversee capital programs and act as the owner’s representative, guiding design teams and contractors through all project phases from budgeting to close-out.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction Management and 10+ years of large-scale capital project experience, with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Project and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing large scale capital projects.
• Experience in justice or jail projects is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, development, and construction of facilities related to justice and correction industries.
• Assist Senior Managers in leading project team and mentoring members.
• Manage staff, project financials and schedules.
• Carry out duties to achieve successful completion of project/program.
