The role ensures milestones are met on time and within budget while managing project personnel, communications, documentation, procurement, and reporting. Responsibilities include coordinating project activities, maintaining clear client and team communication, reviewing plans, and preparing management reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project management.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of project personnel to meet milestones within budget.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and clients and keep project records.
• Review proposals to define phases, timelines, budgets, and procurement.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve constraints; prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Monitor status reports and adjust schedules to keep projects on track.
• Ensure adherence to project scope through order management and contract documents.
