Job summary

Entergy Mississippi is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the reliability plan for the MS Reliability team, including program execution, financial tracking and reporting. The role also supports executive communications and presentations to update on reliability plan performance.

The position manages contract administration and budget estimation for large capital projects, leads cross-functional teams, and ensures alignment with regulatory requirements and corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Operations or Project Management experience.
• 5 years of commercial contracts experience in the energy/utility sector.
• 5 years of experience in design engineering, system planning, field operations or construction.
• Project Management Professional certification (PMP) desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reliability plan execution and track financial performance.
• Manage project implementation and plan development through initiation to execution.
• Navigate projects through initiation with scoping and information gathering for evaluation of options.
• Support quarterly workplan development to align with the reliability plan and capacity.
• Provide contract management, administration, and invoice processing support.
• Develop executive communications and presentations on progress and effectiveness.
• Support regulatory filings, FP monitoring, meetings, and delivery of reliability metrics.

Job Summary/Purpose

This position serves the Entergy MS Reliability team by overseeing reliability plan, including program execution, financial tracking and reporting. The role also supports executive communications and presentations to provide updates on reliability plan performance. Contract administration and budget estimation responsibilities for large capital projects.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Oversees EML reliability plan execution. Tracks execution progress across various reliability programs and reports on financial performance.
• Responsible for managing the project Implementation and project plan development; serves to navigate projects through their initiation phase by assembling all pertinent information needed to evaluate service alternatives and develop selected project preliminary scope of work. Supports quarterly workplan development to ensure it aligns with reliability plan and network or region capacity.
• Manages specific reliability program execution. Tracks specific projects within program to ensure timely execution and tracks project spend.
• Provide contract management, administration, and invoice processing to support the reliability team.
• Serves as point of contact for reliability plan execution. Develops executive communications and presentations to update on execution progress and effectiveness.
• Provides ancillary support to Reliability team for items such as regulatory filings and inquiries, FP monitoring, representation of reliability team in meetings, and delivery of reliability and other metrics.
