Entergy Corporation is seeking a professional to support the Texas distribution reliability team. This role involves managing all aspects of reliability projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring project efficiencies.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience. The position offers hybrid workplace flexibility in The Woodlands, Texas, and requires up to 25% travel.
This position supports the Entergy Texas distribution reliability team by managing all reliability project aspects, including coordinating schedules, managing budgets, and ensuring efficiency through all project phases.
Education required: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management or equivalent (4‑year degree required).
Experience required: 5+ years of experience in customer service, engineering or operations.
Skills and abilities: Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment; working knowledge of utility rates, regulatory issues, company policy, construction of new facilities, and contract requirements; ability to prioritize opportunities based on probability of success and profitability; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to develop and present proposals to prospective customers.
Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
