Centene Corporation is seeking a Lead Project Manager to plan, organize, monitor, and oversee complex projects within Population Health Clinical Operations. You will work with cross-functional teams to meet strategic objectives and lead project execution from initiation through closure.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of project management experience. PMP certification is preferred, and MS-Office proficiency is expected.
Position Purpose: Plan, organize, monitor, and oversee complex projects utilizing cross functional teams to deliver defined requirements and meet company strategic objectives. Assist in training and perform duties as the Lead Project Manager.
Key Details: Population Health Clinical Operations experience preferred. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available for this opportunity, including employment-based visa types H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J -1, OPT, or CPT.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 7+ years of project management experience with departmental specific projects. Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff. Proficient with MS-Office applications. Healthcare experience; managed care experience preferred.
License/Certification: PMP certification preferred.Pay Range: $87,700.00 - $157,800.00 per year
