Job Summary

Our client, a leading Energy & Utilities provider, is seeking a Project Manager IV to join their team! This position is located in San Diego, CA. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle from initiation through implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects, driving change management initiatives, facilitating process improvements, and collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholder groups. This position requires a strategic project leader with strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills who can effectively manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage the complete project lifecycle from project definition through implementation
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Drive project milestones and ensure delivery against agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives

Location: San Diego, CA Onsite Requirement: 100% onsite, 5 days per week Hours: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Duration: 52-week contract Contract Dates: September 7, 2026 – September 6, 2027 Equipment: Provided by client Interview Process: Two rounds, both conducted in panel format Conversion: Not expected to convert to full-time employment

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $66.00 and $95.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
