Position: Project Manager - IP Law

Location: Remote or at Amgen's US sites, preferably Thousand Oaks, California.

We seek an organized professional with program management experience and knowledge of AI technology to oversee efficiency projects within the IP Law department, including automation and AI integration. Responsibilities include stakeholder collaboration, project planning, RFP development, ROI assessment, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage processes for automation projects, including dashboards and milestones.
• Apply project management and technical skills to facilitate project progress and serve as a departmental resource.
• Provide reports and presentations to support decision-making.
• Coordinate meetings and drive projects from initiation to implementation and training.
• Assist in developing ChatGPT prompts and other automation tools.
• Transform unstructured requests into actionable projects with high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in project management or IS (see detailed requirements).
• Preferred: 5+ years project management, 2+ years in IS/IT, knowledge of patent processes, proficiency with tools like ChatGPT, SharePoint, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, JIRA, Microsoft Project.

• Competitive salary range: $111,234 - $131,770.
