Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc. in Missouri is seeking a Project Manager Intern to gain hands-on experience in construction project management. You will work with seasoned project managers, assist with scheduling, budgeting, and field coordination, and learn through mentorship and practical assignments.

The internship runs June through August and requires travel to or within project sites. This role offers exposure to heavy civil projects and potential for future opportunities within ESS.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a technical program in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Support Project Planning: Assist project managers with scheduling, budgeting, and quality control tasks across active construction projects.
• Track Progress: Help develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors to support project success.
• Ensure Compliance: Assist in monitoring project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with Risk Management: Help identify and track project risks, and support mitigation strategies.
• Support Field and Office Coordination: Coordinate with project teams and crew members to keep tasks moving smoothly.
• Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Project Manager Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside experienced project managers, learn valuable skills, and contribute to the successful delivery of our projects from conception to completion.

Compensation
