You will develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, resource coordination, and site readiness to ensure on‑time and high‑quality delivery. You will monitor project progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and proactively address risks to keep projects on track and aligned to customer expectations. You will partner cross‑functionally with sales and operations teams to support order execution, revenue forecasting, and overall customer satisfaction. You will ensure customer sites meet technical and operational requirements (e.g., drawings, specifications, infrastructure readiness) prior to installation. You’re willing to travel up to 80% within the assigned zone, with occasional travel outside the territory, and are based in Tampa or surrounding suburbs.

  • You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in project management, customer service, or a related field (construction or healthcare equipment experience preferred).
  • Your skills include project coordination, stakeholder management, and the ability to understand site and equipment technical requirements (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, environmental), including reading floor plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You’re able to manage multiple priorities independently, communicate effectively across diverse teams, and adapt to a dynamic, customer‑focused environment.

How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office‑based teams, this means working in‑person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full‑time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is a Field role.

About Philips:

We are a health technology company. We built our entire company around the belief that every human matters, and we won’t stop until everybody, everywhere, has access to the quality of healthcare that we all deserve.
