Job summary

Philips is seeking a Project Manager for Installations & Construction in Tampa to drive imaging system installations (MRI, CT, X-ray, IGRT). You will liaison between customers and internal teams, managing scope, timelines, and site readiness to ensure high-quality delivery.

You will read floor plans and specifications, coordinate HVAC/electrical/mechanical needs, and partner with sales/ops for order execution and forecasts. Travel up to 80% in designated zone; hybrid onsite role in Tampa area.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of project management, customer service, or related field.
  • Experience in construction or healthcare equipment is preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand site drawings, specifications, and floor plans.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end imaging system installation projects and coordinate with customers and internal teams.
  • Develop and manage project plans, scope, timelines, and site readiness.
  • Monitor progress, communicate updates, and address risks to meet customer expectations.
