Our diverse and passionate team thrives on collaboration, values relationships, and is committed to making a positive impact. We are driven by growth, excellence, and the belief that the best ideas come from diverse perspectives.

As a Project Manager/Industrial Estimator, you will collaborate closely with the project management team and field leaders to develop project proposals. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, estimating costs, preparing and submitting proposals and scopes of work for approval, and determining necessary subcontracted services, equipment, and materials. You will perform cost analysis for labor and manage the estimate-to-execution handoff. • Follow established policies and procedures related to the proposal process, including estimating and proposal preparation. Ensure proposals are completed in a timely manner and align with project objectives and budget targets.
  • Comply with the centralized cost estimating database and adhere to formal standard operating procedures to support cost estimating, ensuring historical data is effectively utilized.
  • Prepare cost estimates for large, complex, multi-disciplinary projects at various design stages—from conceptual and budgetary to detailed take-off and pricing. Coordinate and lead project meetings, review schedules, and fully understand agreements and scopes of work.
  • Collect and analyze project data and documentation, including equipment drawings, schedules, submittals, material lists, specifications, and other related materials.
  • Support project management throughout all phases of the project.
  • Collaborate with the preconstruction team and Industrial leadership to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and customer value enhancements.
  • Analyze collected data and metrics to determine project requirements. Prepare and present complex proposals to project management for approval.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing drawings and maintain appropriate logs for assigned construction projects until handoff to the execution team.
  • Negotiate construction pricing with service providers, vendors, and subcontractors to develop competitive proposals. Obtain multiple quotes and evaluate offers to select the most suitable options.
  • Conduct economic feasibility studies on changes and adjustments to cost estimates. Perform risk assessments to account for potential deviations from the project plan and resolve cost discrepancies as needed.
  • Work with Industrial leadership to investigate and recommend opportunities for efficiency improvements, cost savings, and customer value enhancements.
  • Foster an environment of open communication, collaboration, and mutual respect. Support team meetings, consistent communication, reporting, and feedback within your team and with leadership. Communicate effectively with architects, engineers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
