Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of large-scale construction projects, primarily within the data center market, with work spanning chemical and heavy industrial sectors. The role is 100% onsite at client projects, with overtime eligibility and per diem provided.

You will assist Sr. PM in coordinating change requests, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.

About this Role

This is a remote travel role 100% onsite at client projects. Overtime eligible. Per diem provided.

The Project Manager supports the Sr. Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of large-scale construction projects, primarily within the rapidly expanding data center market. Additional projects span the chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas, and other heavy industrial sectors. The Project Manager will assist overseeing and coordinating various aspects of a project, such as change requests, project planning and scheduling, monitoring project progress, communicating with stakeholders, coordinating with team members and subcontractors, tracking project expenses, and ensuring that the project stays on track and within budget. The junior project engineer may also be responsible for preparing reports and assisting in resolving any project-related issues that arise during the course of the project. Ultimately, the Project Manager plays a key role in helping to ensure that the project is completed successfully and meets its objectives.

• Monitor field work and/or contract work to ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, specifications, and codes
• Submittal and RFI processes
• Early completion and tracking of billing
