ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of data center construction projects. This role involves travel with 100% onsite assignments at client sites; overtime eligible and per diem provided.

You will assist in estimating scope, coordinating with subcontractors, tracking progress and budgets, and ensuring projects meet objectives. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or combination of experience and education.
• 5+ years of direct experience in construction project management.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

About this Role

This is a remote travel role 100% onsite at client projects. Overtime eligible. Per diem provided.

The Project Manager supports the Sr. Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of large-scale construction projects, primarily within the rapidly expanding data center market. Additional projects span the chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas, and other heavy industrial sectors. The Project Manager will assist overseeing and coordinating various aspects of a project, such as change requests, project planning and scheduling, monitoring project progress, communicating with stakeholders, coordinating with team members and subcontractors, tracking project expenses, and ensuring that the project stays on track and within budget. The junior project engineer may also be responsible for preparing reports and assisting in resolving any project-related issues that arise during the course of the project. Ultimately, the Project Manager plays a key role in helping to ensure that the project is completed successfully and meets its objectives.
