Responsibilities

• As the point of contact on assigned projects, coordinates and manages multidisciplinary technical review teams.
• Facilitates and troubleshoots problems on complex systems and development projects.
• Provides technical and management advice to department management and personnel.
• Responds to inquiries about projects.
• Chairs project review and pre-submittal meetings.
• Maintains liaison with boards, committees and commissions.
• Assists in developing departmental plans, goals, and procedures.
• Performs project design for civil engineering projects.
• Coordinates schedules of staff and interested parties.
