Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; and at least two years of project management experience.
• Candidates must be safety-oriented and comfortable working in diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• As the point of contact on assigned projects, coordinates and manages multidisciplinary technical review teams.
• Facilitates and troubleshoots complex development, coordination and design projects.
• Provides technical and management guidance to department leadership and personnel.
• Responds to inquiries about projects.
• Chairs project review and pre-submittal meetings.
• Liaises with boards, committees and commissions as required.
• Assists in developing departmental plans, goals, objectives, policies and procedures.
• Performs project design for civil engineering projects.
• Coordinates schedules of staff and other interested parties.
