Job summary

Cherokee Millwright, Inc. is seeking a dedicated project manager to oversee complex projects from inception to conclusion.

The role requires safety awareness and comfort working in diverse environments, with responsibility for coordinating multidisciplinary teams and guiding project execution. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least two years of PM experience, plus the ability to communicate effectively and manage project scopes, timelines, and resources

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; and
• At least two years of previous experience in project management.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and deal with problems involving several variables.

Responsibilities

• As the point of contact on assigned projects, perform a variety of skilled duties coordinating and managing multidisciplinary technical review teams.
• Facilitate and troubleshoot complex development, coordination, and design projects.
• Provide technical and management guidance to department management and personnel.
• Respond to project inquiries and chair reviews/pre-submittal meetings.
• Coordinate schedules of staff and other interested parties.
