M. J. Electric, LLC is seeking a Project Manager - Industrial to lead project teams through pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while interfacing with customers. Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and ensuring quality and safety across projects in the industrial electrical sector.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Construction: Set up jobs and prepare contractual deliverables.
• Pre-Construction: Develop budgets, quantities, and SOV.
• Pre-Construction: Distribute drawings and specifications.
• Construction: Manage manpower and union resources.
• Construction: Track equipment, materials, subcontractors, and billing.
• Post Construction: Conduct inspections and closeout documentation.

We are looking for a talented Project Manager that has a passion for quality construction. This position is responsible for providing management support to the project team as guided by the Commercial Manager, assisting in the administration and organization of various project documents. This position requires an individual with a high level of organization, focus to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
