Job summary

GPC is seeking a Project Manager / Estimator in Training to join our team and grow with us. This developmental role supports the planning and delivery of commercial projects under an experienced construction manager.

You will assist with take-offs, cost estimates, budgets, schedule creation, submittals, and coordination with designers and the on-site team. Ideal candidates bring strong math skills, attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and clear written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Developmental position for project manager and/or estimator.
• Experience in commercial construction industry.
• Strong math and cost estimation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or working toward one in construction.

Responsibilities

• Plan review/coordination with designers and Project Manager.
• Construction submittal review/coordination.
• Schedule creation/management.
• Develop preliminary budgets.
• Take-offs and cost estimates.
• Job cost management.
• Coordination with onsite project team.
• General knowledge of commercial construction principles.
• Desire to learn/advance in the field.
