Qualifications

• Свободное владение немецким и английским языками в устной и письменной форме.
• Опыт управления проектами для внешних заказчиков.
• Опыт одновременного управления несколькими проектами и клиентскими контрактами.
• Развитые навыки взаимодействия со стейкхолдерами и менеджментом отношений с клиентами.
• Опыт координации сроков, ресурсов, рисков и бюджета, delivery‑пресс‑уровень & отчетность.
• Возможность работать удалённо из Польши или Чехии (плюсом). PMP / сертификация приветствуется.

Responsabilités

Insight Global are seeking a Project Manager for a leading engineering and infrastructure software organisation. This is a customer-facing delivery role focused on managing multiple customer projects, building strong stakeholder relationships, and coordinating with engineering and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes. This position is fully remote and is a permanent opportunity.

The Project Manager will oversee a portfolio of approximately 15-20 customer projects simultaneously, acting as the primary project lead throughout delivery. The role will coordinate timelines, resources, risks, budgets and deliverables while providing clear project governance, status reporting and issue resolution.

Требования

Fluent German and English, both written and spoken. Strong Project Management experience, particularly delivering projects for external customers. Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects and customer accounts. Strong stakeholder and customer relationship management skills. Experience coordinating project timelines, resources, risks, budgets and deliverables. Ability to work effectively with engineering, delivery and customer teams. Able to work remotely from Poland or the Czech Republic.
