Job summary

OSMIUM ищет руководителя проектов в области кибербезопасности с опытом управления сложными программами и международными заказчиками. Ваша задача — координация проектов от начала до поставки, выстраивание требований, графиков и бюджетов, управление рисками и соблюдение отраслевых стандартов для авиа-, космических и оборонных проектов.

Требуется высшее образование в области информатики/инжиниринга, не менее 10 лет опыта и свободное владение английским языком.

• 10+ лет технического управления проектами

• Способность получить персональную разрешение на оборону

Responsibilities

• Координация сложных кибербезопасност проектов от начала до поставки с учетом объема, сроков и бюджета
• Контакт с международными клиентами, управление требованиями и коммуникациями
• Определение, отслеживание и контроль детальных планов, этапов и ресурсов
• Предотвращение рисков и разработка стратегий смягчения и контингент-планов
• Обеспечение соответствия отраслевым стандартам авиации и обороны
• Анализ метрик проекта и регулярная отчетность руководству и ключевым заказчикам
• Помощь в подготовке проектных предложений (ESA ITT, RFQs и т.д.)

OSMIUM is a leading cybersecurity firm based in Spain (Osmium Solutions Spain SL, founded in JAN 2020) and Italy (Osmium Italy SRL, founded in JUL 2023), with the mission of safeguarding the aerospace, defence and automotive industries’ digital transformation and enabling the secure use of digitalization, connectivity, and SW-based spacecraft, aircraft and vehicles to guarantee the safety, integrity, and resilience of its customers’ missions and operations.

Задачи

• Lead and coordinate complex cybersecurity and software development projects from early phases until delivery, ensuring alignment with defined scope, timing, quality, and budget
• Act as the point of contact for international clients, managing requirements, technical expectations, progress reviews, and stakeholder communications
• Define, monitor, and control detailed project plans, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
• Proactively identify technical and project risks, establishing effective mitigation strategies and contingency plans
• Drive and monitor project compliance with relevant aerospace and defence security/safety standards and frameworks
• Analyse project metrics and regularly report progress, risks, and critical decision points to executive leadership (C suite) and key client stakeholders.
• Support in the preparation of project proposals (ESA ITT, EDF and HE proposal, RFIs and RFQs, ...)

Требования

• Technical background (University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent)
• 10+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably within cybersecurity, software-intensive systems, aerospace, or defence environments
• Proven track record of direct interaction with international customers and managing complex stakeholder relationships
• Excellent planning abilities with a structured mindset to prioritize tasks under demanding deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High level of English (written and spoken) is required
• Proactive, autonomous, and decisive personality with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Eligibility and capability to obtain Personal Security Clearance for Defence-related projects in Spain
