Job summary

AllBuild Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee restoration, reconstruction, and general contracting projects from kickoff to closeout. You will coordinate homeowners, insurers, vendors, and internal crews to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in residential construction, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Excellent organization and scheduling skills
• Strong customer-service and communication skills

• Comfortable working with subcontractors and vendors
• Ability to read estimates, scopes of work, and construction documentation
• Restoration or insurance-claim experience is a plus
• Xactimate and/or Symbility experience is a plus
• IICRC certifications are a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

• Manage restoration, reconstruction, and renovation projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, technicians, and material deliveries
• Perform job-site inspections and monitor project progress
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, insurance adjusters, and other project stakeholders
• Review project scopes, estimates, budgets, and change orders
• Maintain accurate job documentation, photos, notes, receipts, and project records
• Identify potential delays or problems and resolve them before they impact project completion
• Ensure subcontractors and crews meet AllBuild quality and safety standards
• Monitor project costs and help maintain job profitability
• Coordinate repairs following water, fire, mold, and other property damage
• Manage reconstruction and general contracting projects
• Conduct final walkthroughs and ensure outstanding items are completed before project closeout
• Maintain consistent communication with company ownership regarding project status, scheduling, and issues

Position Overview

AllBuild Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced and dependable Project Manager to oversee restoration, reconstruction, and general contracting projects from initial assignment through completion.

The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating customers, subcontractors, vendors, insurance representatives, and internal crews while ensuring projects remain on schedule, within budget, and meet AllBuild's quality standards.
