Industry leading business communications & digital transformation organization seeking a talented Project Manager.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000/year

Responsibilities
  • The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for successful deployments of software and SIP solutions across the full project lifecycle.
  • Success is defined as completing projects that meet profitability targets, are delivered on time, and are approved by the customer.
  • The PM acts as the primary liaison between the company and the customer, collaborating with sales, deployment services, and the customer.
  • This includes confirming customer requirements, developing project plans, assigning responsibilities (internal and customer), setting timelines, managing risks and issues, handling scope changes, and ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Understand customer requirements and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project plans.
  • Coordinate internal and customer resources for successful delivery.
  • Manage meetings required to complete the project.
  • Handle changes to scope, schedule, and costs as necessary.
  • Meet project milestones, identify risks or issues, and escalate as needed.
  • Track and report overall project status to stakeholders.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
  • Proven experience in software project management roles.
  • Knowledge of project management software.
  • Ability to analyze requirements to meet project objectives.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Leadership skills to direct work of others.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, multi-tasking ability.
  • Experience with Unified Communications, Contact Center, Call Center, IVR, UCaaS, CCaaS (preferred).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent (preferred).
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree required.

Note: Compensation factors include skills, experience, and other factors. The pay range is based on a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may vary.
