Industry-leading organization in business communications & digital transformation seeking a talented Project Manager.

This is a full-time, permanent role with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Manage successful deployments of software and SIP solutions throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects meet profitability targets, are delivered on time, and receive customer sign-off.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and customers, collaborating with sales, deployment, and clients.
• Confirm customer requirements, develop project plans, assign responsibilities, set timelines, manage risks, and handle scope changes to ensure successful delivery.
• Understand customer objectives and coordinate resources accordingly.
• Schedule and lead meetings to facilitate project progress.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget changes as needed.
• Meet project milestones, identify risks or issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Track and report project status to stakeholders.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Proven experience managing software projects.
• Familiarity with project management software.
• Strong analytical skills to meet project objectives.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Leadership skills to guide team members.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• Experience in consulting, technical or business leadership roles is a plus.
• Experience with Unified Communications, Contact Center, IVR, UCaaS, CCaaS preferred.
• PMI PMP certification or equivalent preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree required.
