Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is seeking a Project Manager III to lead and execute impactful projects within the Department of Radiation Oncology. Project Manager III is responsible for leading and executing complex projects that have significant impact on organizational goals. This role involves managing multiple high-priority projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring project success through effective stakeholder engagement. The Project Manager will drive strategic initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement while focusing on strategic project outcomes and long-term goals.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Radiation Oncology Operations the Project Manager III will provide expert project management and for the Department of Radiation Oncology. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including clinical staff, administrators, finance, external partners, facilities, and executive leadership across the institution. The role will require a strong understanding of healthcare operations, project management best practices, and the unique needs of a complex academic medical environment. Projects may range from large-scale program development and technology replacement to network expansion, infrastructure improvements, and business collaborations. The Project Manager III will be expected to coordinate resources, develop project plans, monitor progress, and ensure successful project delivery within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
This position's work location is fully remote with occasional time on-campus in Boston, MA. The selected candidate may only work remotely from a New England state (ME, VT, NH, MA, CT, RI).
