Candidates MUST be WI residents or willing to relocate to WI at their own expense prior to starting. This position can work 100% remotely within the state of WI.

The Department of Children and Families Bureau of Information Technology Services Enterprise Section is seeking a results-oriented and adaptable project manager with a collaborative attitude and experience managing complex application development projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage technical and overall aspects of application projects with enterprise-wide impact.
• Develop and maintain project charters, plans, deliverables, and other artifacts.
• Collaborate with project sponsors and IT management to understand priorities, solve technical problems, and analyze business objectives and solutions.
• Lead and develop project teams, fostering continuous improvement and risk mitigation strategies.
• Require 12+ years of experience in leading large application development projects; PMP or similar certification preferred.
