Job summary

HEXATRONIC DATA CENTER US INC is seeking a Senior Project Manager III in Texas to lead large-scale installation programs across sites. You will oversee complex projects, manage budgets, and serve as a senior escalation point for customers and field leadership.

Department: Installation & ServiceReports To: Director of Installation and ServiceFLSA Status: ExemptSummaryProject Manager III (PM III) is a senior project leadership role responsible for delivering large, complex, or high-risk installation projects and programs. This role provides advanced project oversight, financial control, and stakeholder management, and may oversee multiple concurrent projects or a portfolio of related work. PM III serves as a trusted escalation point for customers, field leadership, and internal stakeholders and plays a key role in mentoring Project Managers and strengthening execution standards.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProgram and Project LeadershipLead execution of complex, high-value, or multi-site installation projects.Oversee multiple concurrent projects or a defined program of work.Establish execution strategies, staffing models, and delivery plans.Serve as senior escalation point for project-related issues and risks.Financial Ownership and ControlsOwn full financial performance for assigned projects or programs.Set and validate WIP, ETC, and cost-to-complete forecasts.Identify financial risk trends and drive corrective actions.Review and approve billing packages and change order strategies.Customer and Executive Stakeholder ManagementMaintain senior-level relationships with customers and general contractors.Lead executive-level coordination meetings and performance reviews.Manage expectations related to scope, schedule, cost, and risk.Support business development efforts through execution credibility.Field Leadership and Team DevelopmentProvide leadership and direction to Project Managers, Superintendents, and Foremen.Coach and mentor PM I and PM II personnel.Support staffing decisions and workload balancing across projects.Drive consistent execution standards across sites.Risk, Planning, and GovernanceIdentify systemic risks and constraints across projects.Implement mitigation plans and escalation strategies.Ensure adherence to company project controls, reporting, and governance standards.Support continuous improvement of project management processes.Safety and Quality OversightEnsure strong safety leadership across all assigned projects.Reinforce quality standards and inspection readiness.Reduce rework and drive root-cause corrective actions.Authority and AccountabilityAuthority over execution strategy and resource allocation for assigned projects and programs.Approval authority for project-level decisions within delegated limits.Authority to direct Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership.Escalation of material contractual, financial, or strategic risks to Director of Installation and Service.QualificationAdvanced project management and leadership capabilities.Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-risk construction or data center projects.Strong financial acumen and forecasting discipline.Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.Education and Experience8 or more years of progressive project management experience.Proven experience leading large-scale or multi-project installation programs.Prior experience mentoring or leading other project managers preferred.Working ConditionsCombination of office, jobsite, and travel-based work environments.Travel may be required for oversight of multiple projects or regions.Flexibility to work extended or non-standard hours as required.Physical RequirementsAbility to access and move throughout active construction sites and data centers.Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, or work in confined spaces as required.DISCLAIMERThis job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
