Project Coordinator, Wrike Administrator (fully remote)



Retail Engagement, Marketing, and Merchandising (REMM)

This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), fully remote contract role located in the U.S. and aligned to Pacific Time hours.


Summary

Apple is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator and Wrike Administrator to support the Retail Engagement, Marketing, and Merchandising (REMM) team. This role will support strategic initiatives by optimizing and maintaining the Wrike project management platform, ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams, and enabling data-driven decision-making through dashboard and workflow development.


Our Ideal Candidate


  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise systems, project coordination, or project management




  • Passion for process improvement and operational efficiency with a strong foundation in workflow architecture




  • Proficient in Wrike, Workfront, JIRA, or similar project management tools; strong experience with Wrike API and data visualization




  • Familiar with agile and waterfall methodologies and strategic frameworks




  • Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across marketing, IT, and operations




  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously




  • Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced, ambiguous environments




  • Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail




  • Experience training users and developing best practices in project management systems




Job Description

In this role, you will serve as the primary administrator of Wrike for the REMM team, managing its architecture, integrations, and functionality to meet evolving business needs.



You'll partner with internal clients, cross-functional producers, and program/project managers to incorporate workflows, reporting dashboards, and operational improvements. This includes building complex request queues, creating executive-level visual reporting, managing user roles, and maintaining Wrike support and system updates.



You will also help train teams, lead governance conversations, and contribute to broader data strategies across campaigns, capacity planning, and team health.


Education and Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, project management, or related field-or equivalent practical experience




  • Background in systems administration, marketing operations, or technology consulting




  • Experience working in marketing, agency, or IT environments




  • Preferred certifications in project management or Wrike administration

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $45.00 to $49.85 per hour.
