Job summary

Montefiore Medical Center seeks a Project Manager II to lead Procore implementation and ongoing governance across its capital projects. The role interfaces with project teams, consultants, contractors, and IT to standardize usage, improve reporting, and enhance financial management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in construction management, project controls, technology implementation, or construction operations.
• 3+ years of Procore administration and implementation experience.
• Experience managing enterprise software implementations.
• Healthcare or large-scale capital construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, configuration, administration, and optimization of Procore platform across projects.
• Establish governance standards, workflows, templates, permissions, reporting structures, and best practices.
• Coordinate schedules, system enhancements, updates, and future platform expansion.
• Develop standardized workflows for document management, RFIs, submittals, change management, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Serve as primary Procore contact and collaborate with project teams, finance, facilities, and IT.
• Create training programs, user guides, and support resources to drive adoption.
• Create executive dashboards and portfolio-level performance metrics for data-driven decisions.
• Manage integrations between Procore and enterprise systems (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, ERP, BI tools).
• Oversee data migration, validation, quality assurance, and compliance with standards.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement through new construction technologies.

Position Summary

Project Manager II – Procore Implementation and Management will lead the implementation, optimization, governance, and ongoing administration of the Procore construction management platform across Montefiore Einstein's capital projects and construction operations. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between project teams, leadership, consultants, contractors, and technology partners to ensure successful adoption, standardization, and utilization of Procore to improve project delivery, reporting, document control, financial management, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide deployment, configuration, administration, and optimization of the Procore platform.
• Establish and maintain Procore governance standards, workflows, templates, permissions, reporting structures, and best practices.
• Coordinate implementation schedules, system enhancements, software updates, and future platform expansion initiatives.
• Analyze construction management processes and develop standardized workflows for document management, RFIs, submittals, change management, budgeting, cost controls, scheduling, quality, and safety management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Procore-related initiatives and partner with project management, construction, finance, facilities, and IT teams.
• Develop and deliver training programs, user guides, and support resources to drive adoption and effective utilization of Procore.
• Create executive dashboards, portfolio-level reporting, and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Manage integrations between Procore and enterprise systems, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools.
• Oversee data migration, validation, quality assurance, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement through emerging construction technologies and enhanced Procore functionality.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field required.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in construction management, project controls, technology implementation, or construction operations.
• 3+ years of direct Procore administration and implementation experience.
• Experience managing enterprise software implementations.
• Healthcare or large-scale capital construction experience preferred.
