Job summary

Innovas in the DC metro area is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee post-award prototype projects. You will collaborate with AORs, government experts, and performers to support execution goals and objectives.

The role enforces life cycle processes and ensures documentation standards are met. You will coordinate with subcontractors and government clients to keep all parties informed, identify risks, and troubleshoot project issues while tracking budgets and progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or related field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management or a similar role.
• Experience with Government or the Department of War (DoW).
• Strong oral and very strong writing skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to meet performance, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Attend and support technical and contractual meetings for assigned projects.
• Review contractual documents affecting cost, schedule, and scope.
• Support project execution by tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
