Ryan Companies US, Inc. in Tampa is seeking a Project Manager II to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering or construction management and at least six years of solid project management experience with contracts ranging from $10–$100 million.

Strong estimating, cost control and vendor management skills are essential. You will oversee design development, budgeting and scheduling, supervise project engineers and managers, and lead owner/client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or construction engineering.
• Minimum 6 years in solid project management with contract values from $10–$100 million.
• Familiar with estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple project types and complexities.

Responsibilities

• Develop contacts and quickly build relationships with potential customers.
• Negotiate contracts and business terms.
• Ensure high quality, design and profitability on projects.
• Manage accounts receivable and ensure prompt collection.
• Oversee design development, budget preparation and schedules.
• Supervise project team members and assist where needed.
• Lead owner/client presentations and negotiations.
