Job summary

Calgon Carbon Corporation is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee commercial equipment projects from order through design, procurement, fabrication, delivery, installation and startup, extending to warranty expiration.

You will establish schedules, allocate resources, and direct a multidisciplinary team up to 20 members while ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery with zero defects, interfacing with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• 3-5 years as a project manager.
• Developing engineering proposal packages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of assigned commercial equipment projects from order to warranty.
• Establish schedules and resource requirements for each project.
• Direct up to 20 project team members across engineering, procurement, QA, field service, and logistics.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget with zero defects.
• Interface with Sales, Financial, and Customer Service to meet project objectives.
• Track costs and revenue recognition and manage SAP Project Systems data.
