Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking a Project Manager II to lead multi-million-dollar automated material handling projects across baggage handling, warehouse automation, and parcel sortation in North America. You will oversee administrative, contractual, technical, and financial aspects to meet schedule, budget, and performance goals.

In a fast-paced, matrixed environment you will coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, report to a Project Director on large programs, or manage smaller programs

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Experience managing medium-sized projects (up to $20M).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (primarily weekdays).

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative, contractual, technical, and financial management of projects.
• Manage the project master schedule and customer deliverables.
• Act as primary interface with customers and stakeholders, providing regular updates.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and subcontractors.
