Saalex Corporation is seeking a Project Manager II for Tidewater, VA and San Diego, CA. The role focuses on IT, cybersecurity, and engineering programs with cost, schedule, and technical requirements.

Required are 5–7 years in PM, a Bachelor’s degree, and PM/DoD experience. Candidates should be able to obtain security clearance and work with PM tools and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in program/project management or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience managing or supporting complex IT or engineering programs/projects.
• Knowledge of project management principles (cost, schedule, risk).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, DAWIA PM).
• Experience supporting DoD or Navy programs is desirable.
• Familiarity with EVM and program reporting.
• Experience with PM tools (MS Project, Excel, Power BI).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex environments.
• Must be eligible to obtain a security clearance (Secret/TS preferred).

Responsibilities

Position Type: _ Contingent on Contract Award. _

Salary: $85k-$145k (depending on experience)

The Project Manager II manages project execution, ensuring delivery of IT, cybersecurity, and engineering efforts aligned with cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
