Job summary

TekWissen LLC in Plano, TX is seeking a Technical Project Manager II to lead SAP S/4HANA migration programs. You will oversee infrastructure workstreams, coordinate with SAP, network, security, cloud teams, and vendors to ensure a successful migration to SAP S/4HANA.

The role requires deep SAP infrastructure knowledge, cloud and data center experience, and strong leadership to manage plans, timelines, budgets, and risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of Project Management experience with enterprise infrastructure programs.
• 5+ years of experience delivering SAP projects, including SAP S/4HANA migrations.
• Strong understanding of SAP Basis Administration, SAP S/4HANA Architecture, HANA Database, Infrastructure and Cloud Services, Network and Security Architecture.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end infrastructure activities for SAP S/4HANA migration projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Infrastructure, SAP Basis, Network, Security, Cloud, and Application teams.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved within scope, schedule, and budget. Infrastructure Management Plan and oversee infrastructure readiness for SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Manage server, storage, network, database, and cloud infrastructure requirements.
• Coordinate provisioning and configuration of development, testing, staging, and production environments.
• Ensure scalability, performance, availability, and disaster recovery capabilities.
• SAP S/4HANA Migration Support migration strategies including Greenfield, Brownfield, and Hybrid approaches.
• Coordinate SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration activities.
• Manage infrastructure cutover planning, system upgrades, and environment refreshes.
• Drive technical readiness assessments and migration rehearsals.
• Cloud & Security Management Collaborate with cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP) for hosting and migration activities.
• Ensure infrastructure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate identity and access management, backup, recovery, and cybersecurity controls.
• Risk & Stakeholder Management Identify and mitigate project risks and infrastructure dependencies.
• Provide regular status reporting to program leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and technical governance reviews.
• Manage vendor relationships and service delivery commitments.

Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager - Infrastructure to lead and manage infrastructure workstreams for large-scale SAP S/4HANA digital transformation and migration programs.
• The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP infrastructure, cloud and data center environments, migration planning, and project delivery.
• This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, infrastructure architects, cloud providers, and third-party vendors to ensure successful migration to SAP S/4HANA.
