Job Title: Project Manager II

$60-$65/hr. on W2

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead multiple small to large-scale projects supporting our product and operations partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with the ability to coordinate planning and execution, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate planning and execution for multiple vendor change management projects supporting our partners.
  2. Facilitate discussions among operational stakeholders to efficiently manage resources.
  3. Communicate project priorities and trade-offs to ensure proper implementation.
  4. Monitor project progress, flagging potential issues, and maintaining positive relationships under stress.
  5. Manage cross-functional efforts and advocate for vendor partners, working with engineering, policy, training, and operational teams.
Additional Responsibilities:
  1. Develop detailed project plans and oversee technical activities.
  2. Present proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
  3. Recruit, assign, and evaluate team members; support staff development.
  4. Assess technology needs, market demand, and project feasibility.
  5. Collaborate with management on project specifications and procedures.
  6. Review and approve contracts and costs.
  7. Oversee product design and changes.
  8. Negotiate with clients on project specifications.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • PMI or PMP certification.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and management principles.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite, and MS Project.
Experience:

Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.

Must-Have Skills:
  1. Strong project management capabilities.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Leadership and mentoring abilities.
  4. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  1. Knowledge of production processes and quality control.
  2. Understanding of strategic planning and resource allocation.
  3. Project management certification (PMP or PMI).
  4. Vendor management experience.
Degrees/Certifications:

Required: Bachelor's degree, PMI, PMP
