Boston Children's Hospital seeks a project management professional to lead moderately to complex initiatives within the department. Responsibilities include managing charters, pilots, and programs, coordinating with senior leaders and stakeholders, and delivering analytic insights to guide decisions.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4 years in healthcare management or PM, with a preference for a Master's and experience managing multiple complex projects.
Leads moderately complex-to-complex projects within the scope of the department. Provides project management, analytics reporting and accountability. Develops and documents project plans and timelines. Plans, prioritizes and executes a broad range of initiatives and activities to ensure successful design, implementation and measurement of projects and initiatives. Learns and applies new content expertise to meet project objectives. Measures and reports success of the initiatives against metrics. Recommends process improvement strategies.
Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's Degree is preferred.
4 years progressive experience in healthcare management, project management, consulting or a closely related field, Master's degree in lieu of two years of work experience is required. 1 year experience managing multiple highly complex projects is preferred.
The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
